The Traditional Seeds Festival was held on 22.07.12 at Coimbatore.Traditional  variety [100 varites ]of vegetable/Cerals/pulses were exhibited..Dr.Selvam.Expert in Entomology explained about Insect Bio Diversity.Dr.Ko.Nammalvar gave a brief about  Traditional Seeds which will be the need of the hour.Near about 500 people participated and gained the knowledge.

Is nothing but sowing traditional seeds and   growing of organic vegetables/fruits/cereals/green leaves by without soil in multi culture system.

Methods of Cultivation:

                              The Vegetables like Tomato/Brinjal/ladies finger/Beet root/Cauli flower/Onion/Bumpkin/Carrots and all  kinds of vegetables  will be grown in specialized grow bags which contains Coirpith ,Vermicompost and specialized grow media developed by ECOGREENUNIT -TAMIL NADU AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY.

Who Can Go For Packaged Agriculture System?

 Every body can go for this concept , Provided a little space in their home may be in roof top or in back yards and to spend a half an hour time that’s it….

Presentation about our agro based projects in Kerala Agricultural University,Thrissur,Kerala.

There was a workshop on AGRO PROCESSING & VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS conducted by Small farmers Agri  business Consortium& KAU.at Kerala Agricultural University,Vellanikara,Thrissur,near about 500 farmers all over kerala participated and gained the knowlwdge about value added products in agri sector.we presented our projects in PPT.There was a good response among the farmers for our agro based projects especially in Areca leaf plates project,Banana fibre project,handi crafts projects.
