Awareness Workshop In Agro Based Projects in Maharashtra .05.04.14

There was a Awareness Workshop for Agro Based Projects especially In Banana Fibre Project in Mahatma Pule Agri Cultural University,Kolapur ,Maharashtra on 05.04.14.The workshop was Jointly Organized by The New Earth Team,Mahatma Pule Agri Cultural University&EcoGreenUnit .Farmers/Women Groups Participated and gained the Knowledge in Above mentioned sector. Kolapur is a small town located in shayadhri Mountain Range in Maharashtra .There is a wide cultivation of Bananas in this region,Farmers face a huge problem to shift the pseudo stems of Banana after harvest This particular workshop created a mass awareness about extracting fibre and value added products from wasted  pseudo stems.
