A Community-Based Microgreens Processing Unit was successfully launched in Kanyakumari with the objective of promoting sustainable nutrition, local entrepreneurship, and livelihood development. The initiative aims to empower local communities, women, and youth through the cultivation, processing, and marketing of fresh and healthy microgreens.

The processing unit will support the production of nutrient-rich microgreens using eco-friendly cultivation methods and modern processing techniques.
