Banana Fibre Project In Sri Lanka............

We have Started  Banana Fibre Project in Vanni Region SriLanka.  Mainly in Banana fibre extraction,Banana fibre crafts .The training is given to Women groups .Particularly this programme is done for Income Generation and self employment for the people in the districts of Jaffna,Mullai Thivu,Kilinochi,Vavuniya &Mullivaikal.The Project is Aimed to promote 20,000 women and 15,000 farmers in above mentioned areas.Jointly organized by GIZ,German Government,Ministry Of Traditional Industries&Small Enterprises Development ,Govt Of SriLanka.
