Skill upgradation training programme for rural women artisans

We have started Skill upgradation training programmes for Rural artisans who are into banana fibre crafts practising in coimbatore rural sector,its a 4 months course for 5 artisan groups. this particular programmes will improve the skill of the artisans in natural fibre sector.The programmes are sponsored by O/o Development Commissioner,Handi Crafts,Govt Of India.

Design Development workshop on Banana fibre

Ecogreenunit organized a Design Development workshop on Banana fibre in coimbatore rural. 30 women artisans participated.New prototype models was developed by Empaneled designer Mrs. Puja singh from delhi came and trained the artisans in banana fibre.The programme was sponsored by O/o Development Commissioner,Handi crafts,New Delhi.its a 15 days training programme .

Coir products which has been developed by our R&D wing

The coir products which can be used instead of plastics in Agri &Herbal plants growing sector has been developed by our R&D wing at Coimbatore.These products can be used as flower pots which consumes less water and retain it,apart from that it will be biodegradable and mulching material in farming sector.
