On 28th February 2026, a team of visitors from a reputed voluntary organization in Andhra Pradesh, representing Sri Sathya Sai District, visited our project sites for an in-depth exposure to our sustainable livelihood initiatives.
During their visit, the team explored various eco-friendly and income-generating projects, including banana fibre extraction and crafts, vetiver cultivation, aloe vera farming, coir-based value-added products, and small-scale bio-gas units. Detailed demonstrations and interactive discussions provided them with practical knowledge about implementation methods, training models, investment requirements, and marketing support systems.
The visitors appreciated the “wealth out of waste” concept and the strong community participation model that empowers women, farmers, and rural youth. They expressed keen interest in adopting and launching these sustainable projects in Sri Sathya Sai District to promote self-employment and rural economic development.
This exposure visit marks an important milestone in expanding sustainable livelihood models across regions, fostering collaboration, and creating greater impact through environmentally friendly and socially responsible initiatives.
